Thank You to Our 2025 Sponsors!

Thank you to everyone who supports Transitions, both for PWC and throughout the year. We couldn’t do what we do without you. From us, the individuals we work to uplift, and the entire community, we thank you!

Table Captains play a key role in our People Who Care event, pledging to fill a table with friends.

Become a Table Captain

Table Captains play a meaningful role in the success of People Who Care. As a Table Captain, you invite friends, family, coworkers, or community members to sit with you and learn more about the mission of Transitions.

It is simple: fill a table of eight by inviting seven guests to join you. Your table helps introduce more people to the work of Transitions and creates new opportunities for generosity, connection, and impact. The current page explains that Table Captains pledge to fill a table with friends and bring seven guests to sit at a table of eight.
